FAA Headquarters

The Federal Aviation Administration is a national authority that regulates all aspects of civil aviation, which includes construction and operation of airports, air traffic management, and the certification of personnel and aircraft.  Contracts administered by Acquisition and Business Services at FAA Headquarters in Washington, D.C. are provided in the Active Contract List.

Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center

The Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, is a centralized support facility providing services to the U.S. Department of Transportation (and all modal agencies) in general and in particular, training, logistics, research, engineering, financial, and information technology services for the FAA.  The Active Contracts List for the MMAC provides vendor information and additional contract information.  

William J. Hughes Technical Center

The FAA William J. Hughes Technical Center (WJHTC) is the nation's premier air transportation system laboratory. The Technical Center's highly technical and diverse workforce conducts test and evaluation, verification and validation, and sustainment of the FAA's full spectrum of aviation systems. The Active Contracts List for the WJHTC provides vendor information, award number and additional contract information, a services description, and contracting officer information.

Regional Acquisition Division

The Regional Acquisition Division AAQ-500 provides acquisition support to the National Airspace System (NAS).  The division's area of responsibility includes U.S. States and Territories.  Our acquisitions are diverse ranging from supplies and equipment, to services and construction including new facility construction (e.g., Towers/TRACONS), facility modernization construction, and facility maintenence.

Acquisition staff members are located in the three regional service centers (Atlanta, Fort Worth, Seattle) as well as other regional offices (New York, Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles).  

A list of the current Basic Ordering Agreements and Qualified Vendor Lists for Navigational Aids can be found below.  These contract vehicles are not mandatory for FAA requirements but will be used for many projects.
